Do employees need a corporate email?
No — that's the whole point. They join by scanning a QR code and signing up with a personal phone number or email, and an admin approves them. Frontline and deskless workers get in the same way as everyone else.
What about GDPR and our data?
Guava EVP is GDPR-compliant and EU-hosted. It holds company-wide content only — not personal data like shifts, payslips, or individual records.
Which languages does it support?
